*Executive coaching is available virtually and in-person (SF Bay Area) in the forms of 1:1 or small group coaching (groups to not exceed five executive team members)

Group Coaching

I founded the Women of Color Thriving network in 2022 in response to the numerous stories of racial and gender-based trauma I gathered from serving top women of color leaders in my clinical practice.

As a result, I created the Women of Color Thriving group coaching program, an 8-week program that helps women of color leaders get in alignment with their work, their communities, their personal relationships, and themselves.

In my years of experience serving women leaders as a psychotherapist and speaker/consultant to corporations and organizations, I have gathered essential data that proves one thing: Women of Color leaders are powerful in every way and need unique approaches to mental health support.

With an increased push for diversity and inclusion in professional settings, corporations and the entrepreneurial world still remains rooted in supremacy culture. The outcomes include a lack of psychological safety and belonging, and continued barriers in promotion and access to generational wealth for Women of Color.

My 8-week coaching program is designed to take clients on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and growth so they can become an even more powerful leader in their homes, workplaces, and communities. Most importantly, each client will leave with a better sense of self, increased confidence, self-assuredness, and a new community of leaders that will continue to change the world.
